Natalie's fascination with new construction began in her childhood in Castle Rock, CO. She would ride her horse through construction sites, picturing the layout of each home. Her passion for architecture led her to pursue a career in the field. After graduating from Fort Lewis College in 2005 with a degree in Business Management and Residential Interior Design certification from the New York Institute of Art and Design, Natalie joined Veritas Fine Homes, Inc. She worked there for 8 years, developing strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Natalie played a crucial role in the company, taking on various responsibilities such as design support, client liaison, billing, marketing, and office management. Her time at Veritas Fine Homes deepened her expertise and confidence, eventually inspiring her to start her own business, Refined Designs.

In 2023, Natalie made the life-altering decision to relocate to Prescott, Arizona, where she would not only be with her beloved fiancé but also embark on a fresh chapter filled with endless possibilities. Always one to push her limits and strive for improvement, Natalie eagerly embraced various professional courses to hone her skills in hand sketching, bringing spaces to life, and adapting to the dynamic world of presenting visualization to her clients. With these diverse capabilities under her belt, her level of service transcends ordinary expectations, ensuring that every project she undertakes surpasses even the loftiest of goals.
